Can you really use a novelty license plate like one with a whole picture on it ?
I wanted to get a novelty license plate for my first car maybe like the one below like how would that work like at the DMV and all? please help and thanx in advance !

The only way you can display that on a car in the standard plate location is if your state only requires a rear plate. Then, you can put it on the front.
