Tecumseh TVM 195 no start?
Here's the Deal
MTD w/Tecumseh TVM 195
It had a carb problem-rebuilt carb w/new needle and seat.
Now the #!*(^# thing won't start-(sorry for the profanity)
1. Good compression w/bounceback and leakdown test
2. Good spark w/inline tester and grounded tester
3. Fuel/carb cleaner sprayed directly into intake
4. Flywheel key good-not sheared-looks good
Why won't it start when these conditions are met?
I realize it may still have other problems such as a carb adjustment, but I can't address those until it starts.

Try new plug. If the plug is shorted you will get fabulous spark on inline tester but you will have no spark at the plug. A bad plug could have been your original problem also.
