Maxima cold air intake - an elegant improvement
Not all elegance is about visible style. Elegance can also be part of your car as an elegant modification that makes your car perform better and at the same time be more eco friendly. And though it is great to have visual elegance in a car this subtle hidden elegance has a charm all its own. Of course not everyone knows of these simple modifications that give great value and to that extent not only will you have made an elegant modification to your car you will also have been smart by getting great value for your money.
A cold air intake is an elegant and effective aftermarket product. The elegance is more by way of the ease with which it delivers a lot of benefits. Though the air intake does make your car look great as well. When you car's engine has to burn the fuel in a controlled explosion inside the cylinder it needs to provide oxygen to the fuel. For that reason a mixture of air and fuel is injected into the cylinder. Now the engine works in a cycle that runs at a high rpm and the fuel has very little time in which to get burnt. And for more fuel to get burnt in this brief amount of time having more oxygen is preferable. A cold air intake enables more oxygen to get into the cylinder by taking cold air to the engine cylinder which is more dense. Since it is more dense more of it can get inside the engine cylinder and that means more oxygen becomes available for combustion.
In short a cold air intake helps more fuel t get burnt in each cycle. And since there are many such cycles this little difference it makes adds up to a significant amount. You get more power from you car's engine and you also get more mileage. Therefore if you own a car such as the Nissan Maxima that performs very well and if you want yet better performance then you should go in for a Maxima cold air intake. You will be delighted with the results. You can see the latest Maxima cold air intakes at www.ilovebodykits.com

How can I plan my meals better?
I used to eat about four small meals a day and I felt fine. But these days my schedule is too hectic for those small meals so I eat large meals about two or three times a day when it's more convenient. Sometimes I'll eat dinner at about 10 pm and go to sleep at 11 or 12. That can't be healthy. I don't eat unhealthy foods. I eat a balanced diet with very low sugar and fat intake. I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, some protein and breakfast cereal (usually Smart Start or Honey Bunches of Oats). Anyways, I'm concerned that I'm going to start gaining weight becuase I eat such large portions all at once. I excercise about four times a week...and usually at night. But is that enough? What should I do to balance my eating habits out again?
yes its better for you to eat about 6 small meals a day then 2or3 giant ones. not doing so could potentially make you gain back some weight but the important thing is that your continuing to exercise no matter how hectic your schedule gets. you could just wait it out and see if you gain weight or not everyone's body responds differently in different situations. but really what you should be thinking is "hey, i'm eating the best way i can because my health and life and happiness depend on it." that should be enough for you to be able to make time for yourself to eat. other people might oppose this but you must be firm in the belief that you are doing whats best for YOU. after all when it all comes down to it if you don't have your health don't have anything. for quick meals use good whey protein shakes or meal bars. they take about 3 seconds to unwrap and about 60 seconds to chow down on chase with water and be back on your merry way.
