Will condensation be a problem for a dual chamber intake/exhaust pipe?
We are installing a tankless water heater that uses a dual chamber intake/exhaust pipe. Someone told me I have to worry about condensation building and running down the pipe, but then there are others that think the dual chamber pipe eliminates that possibility.
What do you think? And if it matters, the pipe is intake through the outer chamber and exhaust through the inner chamber.

Sounds like you have a concentric type vent.
Check your instructions that come with the heater, it should show how to terminate the venting.
It may also be in the box the vent came in if it is an accessory.
If it is a factory termination do not modify it, it's designed to keep the two separate as it is.
It may require it to be pitched towards the outside to rid any condensate out.
Some manufacturers require a pitch back to the unit and has an area for the condensate to be drained off inside.
Follow the manufacturers instructions or problems will result.
They are not all the same and you don't specify what you have.
