NO Much better VEHICLES MADE!!!! The purpose of this communication would be to make sure Mr. Hutton is aware of my experience with Chuck Hutton Chevrolet of Memphis, TN. My husband and I are a fervent Chevrolet family; we have Chevrolet plumbing trucks for our company and Chevy vehicles for our personal use. You will find no Far better vehicles made. Period. That's why we pick Chevrolet. Back in Might, as it became apparent that GM's bankruptcy filing would be imminent, we did what a lot of chose to do- show our support by instantly buying a new Chevrolet vehicle, which in our case was a 2009 Chevy Malibu. This morning, I needed some warranty work completed on the paint job. At 7:30 AM, I was within the Chuck Hutton service department where I was greeted with a smile and by name by an outstanding service agent named Kay. I was processed and sent to the body shop. I was instantly taken care of, which everybody working together as a team that spoke of the commitment every employee has. I was to be provided with a rental car and due to the fact their van was out on routes, they had an employee named Harry use his personal vehicle to deliver me to Enterprise Rental on Mt. Moriah. What a disappointment with the rental company. We thought they had closed for excellent, with only one vehicle for rent in horrible condition. The Chuck Hutton body shop sprang into action!! instantly I was told that my satisfaction was paramount and off we went to the airport Enterprise location assuming that the selection would be plentiful. As it turned out, they do not deal with warranty work and we had been directed to the Brooks Road location. I began to fret that it was taking so long and that the Chuck Hutton employee would be in trouble. I was assured that "we want you to be happy and you ought to be. I talked to the manager and he wants me to make sure you're ok". I require to take medications and needed a rental car for this purpose. So, off to Walgreens we went!!! Then residence, with an assurance that Mr. Bird would be personally contacting Enterprise to make sure availability and I could expect a call later that day after my nap.
