I need to know if a 302 ford five speed will hook up to a 3.8 v6 with out any modifications.
yes it will, a small block and the 3.8 use the same bellhousing. But you must make sure that the end of the 3.8 crankshaft is drilled deep enough allow the input shaft of the early 4-speed to fit in and not but up against the end of the crank. also, dont forget to install a pilot bushing.
