New Honda Accord launched

Why does my Honda Accord slow down when I drive it? Is this an electrical problem?
Its a '94 Honda Accord LX. It starts slowing down when Im driving until it loses power && turns off. Im able to restart it but it keeps doing it every couple miles. Its been tuned up and I've replaced the fuel filter. Could this be an electrical problem?? any help??
one thing i forgot, its a '97 not a '94 and its an automatic
If it was your batt or alternator, it would eventually not start back up.
Sounds like a fuel delivery problem (fuel pump/relay)
